Orders shipped by Expedited Parcel can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a card will be left informing you that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Canada Post office.

For all destinations, if you are only ordering gift certificates, you will not be charged for shipping.
A free gift (containing condoms and/or lubricants) [worth about $7] will be included for all orders that exceeds $30 after coupons and gift certificates, but before shipping costs and taxes.

Credit card purchases are charged under our corporate name of "Platinum Trading" and NOT "Canadiancondom.COM".
Discrete Shipping
All orders are shipped in a plain packaging. There is no mention of its contents and there are no logos. The return address is "Platinum Trading". For the customs tag (shipments outside of Canada), we use the product description "Prophylactics". Inside the package, you will find the products you ordered and a receipt. We no longer send a copy of the credit card transaction because we now process the credit cards electronically.
Hold for Pickup Option
This option is no longer available from Canada Post.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an e-mail upon the receipt of your order and another e-mail when your order ships (usually within 48 hours). A tracking number will also be provided, for Canadian orders, which can be used at Canada Post to track your order.
Package Condition
Cold or hot weather during shipping will not damage the condoms or the other products, but for prolonged storage, it is important that you keep condoms away from extreme temperatures. Condoms should be stored in a cool and dry place between 15-30 degrees Celsius (or 59-86 degrees Farenheit). For example, they should not be stored in your wallet nor the car's glove compartment for any more than one evening.
