Using a Male Condom

  1. Use a new condom before each sex act
  2. Open the package carefully (Never bite it or use scissors)
  3. Put on the condom when the penis is erect and before the sex act
  4. Hold and squeeze (to remove the air) the condom by the tip and unroll it to cover the entire erect penis
  5. If you feel the condom break during the sex act, stop and withdraw immediately, and use a new condom
  6. After ejaculation and before the penis becomes soft, hold the condom close to the base of the penis and carefully withdraw the penis and the condom together
  7. Gently pull the condom off the penis
  8. Immediately throw away the condom (Do not flush down the toilet)
  9. Never reuse a condom

How to make the most of your condoms:

  1. Put a drop of lubricant (NOT oil based) on the head of the penis, under the condom, to increase sensation.
  2. Pre-lubricated condoms are less prone to breakage
  3. Do not store condoms in extreme temperatures (eg. on the radiator, on the window sill, or in your wallet)
  4. Check the expiration date on the condom (expired condoms are more prone to breakage)
  5. Let her help you put it on, incorporate it into the sex act
