Using a Female Condom

1. Pinch the inner-end ring near its end with your fingers of one hand
2. Spread your labia apart on each side of your vagina, with your other hand
3. Push the pinched end of the condom into your vagina
4. Put a finger inside the condom until your finger touches the far end of the inner ring
5. Push the inner ring up through your vagina until your finger has gone past your pubic bone
6. Take out your finger
7. The condom is properly fitted when the inner ring covers your cervix and the outer ring stays outside your vagina
8. After sexual intercourse, twist the outer ring before pulling the condom out of your vagina. Twisting prevents sperm from spilling out of the condom.
9. Throw away the condom
10. Never reuse a condom
